Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g. Total sugar content 55 g per 100 g. Keep cool after opening. Picked in September in the Var, when the figs reach in maturity, Soliès figs are cooked by hand by Albert Ménès confituriers in opened copper cauldrons. This preparation preserves the naturally sweet taste of the fig, as well as the fondant texture of the fruit.
