Normal delivery / Grouped delivery :

Matané Market proposes 2 types of delivery terms (normal delivery and grouped delivery). All the orders are shipped from France.



1) Normal delivery :

Upon receipt and validation of your order, Matané Market will pack, protect the articles efficiently and ship your package quickly. The delivery time varies from 3 to 10 days depending on the country of destination from the date of sending of the order. The delivery times are given for information only, because there may be cases of delays on behalf of the carrier or customs. It is important to indicate all the necessary informations concerning your name and your complete address, that engages your responsibility, Matané Market will not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver your order. Upon receipt of your package, take the time to check the good condition of your order in the presence of the carrier. Do not hesitate to refuse a package that appears to have been opened or seriously damaged. If your order does not compliant, do not hesitate to contact Matané Market to contact@matanemarket.com.



2) Grouped delivery :

The grouped delivery takes the same terms as the normal delivery, except that the grouped delivery allows to reduce delivery costs. Our delivery costs are identical to the prices of the French Post Office. It requires you choose with your entourage a delivery address for orders to be validated on the same customer account. The articles are collected in a single package, and the orders are shipped to one person. This reduces to limit packaging, reduce delivery costs and have a good time with your entourage when receiving orders.



3) Transport costs :

All the transport costs depend on the destination of the delivery address, weight of the package and option with or without insurance. The transport costs are at your charge.
The dimensions of each package (which Matané Market sends) do not exceed a maximum of 90 centimeters (length + width + height = 90 centimeters), but this may vary depending on the destination country, because transport standards are applied in order to respect the volumetric weight of the packages.
However, it is possible to divide an order into several packages, if it is large. In this case, transport costs will be applied to you for each package.



4) Custom fees :

It is important to specify that you are responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties that may be claimed in your country. You are also responsible for any steps to proceed to receive a package according to the applicable law of your country.


5) Transport partners :

Deliveries are made in almost every country in the world.

a) Mondial Relay "Relay Points" :
- for sending to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Spain, the maximum weight per package is 30 kilograms with packaging.

b) Mondial Relay "Home" :
- for sending to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, the maximum weight per package is 30 kilograms with packaging.

c) Delivengo (The Post Office) :
- for sending to Europe (except Andorra, France and Monaco), the maximum weight per package is 2 kilograms with packaging (without insurance),
- for sending to the International (as well as Switzerland), the maximum weight per package is 2 kilograms with packaging (without insurance).

d) Home Colissimo "Relay Points" (The Post Office) :
- for sending to certain countries in Europe (except Andorra and Monaco), the maximum weight per package is 20 kilograms with packaging.

e) Home Colissimo "With or Without Insurance" (The Post Office) :
- for sending to Europe (as well as Andorra, France and Monaco), the maximum weight per package is 20 kilograms with packaging,
- for sending to Overseas, the maximum weight per package is 20 kilograms with packaging,
- for sending to the International (as well as Switzerland), the maximum weight per package is 20 kilograms with packaging.


6) Delivery time :

As indicated above, delivery times are given for information only, because there may be cases of delivery delays on behalf of the carrier or customs. It is also possible that your package is waiting at your carrier or in your post office, in this case you can contact directly your carrier or your post office.



7) Delivery issues :

- in case of lost package from the carrier, Matané Market can not be held responsible. You can contact us by email so that we carry out research with our partner,

- in case of unclaimed package to your carrier or your post office, Matané Market can not be held responsible, you have to contact your carrier or your post office to find out what it is. If the package is returned by Post in France to Matané Market, the package can be returned to you at your charge, after the confirmation of your delivery address by email,
- in case of the carrier is unable to deliver to you, due to absence on your part, error or lack of information in the delivery address on your part, or for any other reason, Matané Market can not be held responsible. If the package had to be returned to Matané Market, the reshipping costs will be at your expense. In the event that you refuse the order, the delivery costs of your package will be at your expense. Matané Market will send you the steps to take,

- in case of error of delivery address on behalf of Matané Market, the return of the package will be at our charge, you will have nothing to pay.
